Assessment of technical, practical, and personal competencies
The theoretical portion assesses basic knowledge in the areas of aeronautical engineering, technical understanding, workplace safety, and the ability to interpret technical documentation. The practical portion involves typical mechanical tasks, during which manual dexterity, precision, adherence to quality and safety standards, and a structured approach to work are evaluated. In addition, team tasks are used to assess the ability to collaborate, communication skills, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to work cooperatively to solve technical problems.
The results of all assessment components form the basis for the overall evaluation and the selection of suitable candidates.
