Career Start and Practical Training Period
During this phase of employment, participants gain the practical work experience required for the CAT-A license in accordance with EASA requirements. While working at the maintenance facility, participants complete Practical Type Training (PTT) for the respective aircraft type. In this process, the knowledge acquired in the theoretical portion is applied and reinforced under real-world maintenance conditions. The combination of practical work experience and successful completion of Practical Type Training forms the basis for obtaining the corresponding CAT-A license and for further professional work in the field of aircraft maintenance.
