Staff4Aviation specifically identifies the shortage of skilled workers in the Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) sector in Germany and addresses it by integrating pre-trained staff from abroad in a tailored manner. We offer pre-trained specialists the opportunity to gain further qualifications as EASA-certified Certifying Staff, directly within an approved maintenance organization. The program is limited to aircraft mechanics (Mec4Aviation). The aim is to achieve the best possible matches between MRO organizations and personnel.
