The global MRO sector faces a shortage of licensed personnel due to an ageing workforce, a lack of qualified young talents and strict regulations. Globalization makes it possible to recruit skilled workers across national borders and match them specifically with MRO companies. Staff4Aviation is the strategic partner behind the scenes, dedicated to achieving precisely this. Our mission is to address the demand for skilled workers in the aviation industry in a sustainable manner. We provide individual support to both companies and trainees to achieve targeted matching. We specialize in recruitment and training.
