Staff4Aviation’s comprehensive recruitment and staffing solution help recognized Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) companies in Germany to address the shortage of skilled workers through targeted recruitment of technical staff in aircraft maintenance. Our program enables pre-qualified Cat A trainees from all over the world to launch their careers within an EASA Part-145-certified organization.
The program is designed to connect EASA Part-147–trained trainees with MRO organisations, enabling them to gain hands-on experience while supporting their development through targeted advanced training, certification, and a clear path toward long-term integration.
Staff4Aviation and its partners support the transition from EASA Part-147 to EASA Part-145 with the aim of enabling qualified personnel to apply for the German Aircraft Maintenance License (Cat-A) once they have met the prescribed requirements.
With the help of the Staff4Aviation program, trainees are seizing the opportunity to gain further qualifications in line with specified requirements, whilst MRO companies are filling staff shortages. For one side, this represents a gateway into the European aviation industry. For the other, it is an effective strategy to satisfy the acute demand for skilled workers. The program follows the guidelines of the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and the German Federal Aviation Authority (LBA).
