Staff4Aviation specifically identifies the shortage of skilled workers in the Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) sector in Germany and addresses it by integrating pre-trained staff from abroad in a tailored manner. We offer pre-trained specialists the opportunity to gain further qualifications as EASA-certified Certifying Staff,directly within an approved maintenance organization. The program is limited to aircraft mechanics (Mec4Aviation). The aim is to achieve the best possible matches between MRO organizations and personnel.
